WebGL isn't enabled on your navigator.
To solve this follow these steps:

Step 1

Click on the 'three dots' at the upper right corner of your chrome browser, and then click on 'settings'.

Step 2

Scroll down and then click on 'Advanced'.

Step 3

Enable 'Use hardware acceleration when available' by click on the toggle next to it. Relaunch.

If the error continues, do the following:

Step 4

Go to the address bar and type 'chrome://flags' without quotes and hit enter.

Step 5

Look for 'webgl', enable 'webgl draft extensions' and then 'relaunch' chrome.
